Call-log hash chain

Every call WattMarkets logs is written to an append-only table where each row includes a SHA-256 hash of the previous row plus its own content. The day's terminal hash is published at /v1/scorecard/attestations. Change any historical row and every subsequent hash breaks — so 'we never edited our calls' is a claim anyone can verify, not a promise anyone must trust.
